It applies to this website (netdentity.net), our marketing communications, and the services we deliver to clients. It is written to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) of South Africa, and — where applicable — the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Contact information you provide. Name, company, email address, telephone number and the contents of any message you send via our contact form or by email.

• Information you provide during an engagement. Any business or technical information shared with us in the course of a discovery, build or support engagement, governed by the relevant Master Services Agreement.
